Established in 2014 by a group of respected civil engineers, it's a well deserved culmination of their multi- decadal experience in the construction industry.Together they have embarked on an industry changing journey by offering a new approach in creation and development.
The name FIVE ELEMENTS is inspired by the very essence of creation in this universe. The five elements of creation Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water are our greatest source of inspiration. They offer us insight and guide us work seamlessly towards our goals.

Dinesh V Gunte
He is a qualified civil engineer and has a rich experience of 37 years in both public and private sectors. He has spearheaded numerous commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout his outstanding career, earning customers' confidence and reputation in the industry.
In the year 2000, he started a partnership firm – M/s. GMC Associates and worked on residential projects.
In 2007, he started a private limited firm – M/s. Bhumi Shelters (I.) Pvt. Ltd. and is working on residential projects.
Mr. Dinesh Gunte has handed possession to more than 2000 clients and has a vision to create eco-friendly homes and deliver customer delight.
It was only after gaining such vast and varied experience that he helped create M/s. FIVE ELEMENTS.

Dnyaneshwar Patil
Dnyaneshwar Patil is a seasoned civil engineer with over 34 years of extensive experience in public and private infrastructure development. Known for his expertise in project planning, execution, and management, he has played a pivotal role in delivering numerous large-scale projects.
His in-depth knowledge of the industry, coupled with a commitment to quality and innovation, has earned him a distinguished reputation among peers and stakeholders alike.

Akkashh Gunte
Mr. Akkashh Gunte holds a B.Tech in Town Planning from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP). He also holds a recognized Master’s degree in Construction and Project Management from Central Queensland University (CQU), Australia.
With his extensive knowledge and 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Gunte bridges the gap between business and sales.
As a second-generation member of the family business, he embraces the responsibility to “DREAM BIG” and incorporate innovative approaches to planning and construction management strategies.

Rutuja Gunte
Mrs. Rutuja Gunte has a Master’s degree in Human Resources from RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology). She gained valuable experience working as a Project Manager with an Australian firm.
Known for her ability to set clear deadlines and objectives, Mrs. Gunte expertly navigates projects to align with broader and long-term goals.
Kedar Patil
He holds a master’s degree in Computer from MIT and 6 years’ experience in business development, growth strategies, and marketing. He drives innovation and delivers exceptional value-driven construction projects.
